Sign Maker/Production Manager

As our Senior Sign Maker and Production Manager, you will be responsible for making various signs, leading our team in the production and installation of a wide range of signs including: 

  • lobby Signs
  • channel letters
  • dimensional signs
  • directional/wayfinding signs
  • monument signs
  • vehicle wraps.
  • work closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
  • estimating and managing projects, coordinating with outsource partners,
  • Training and leading our team of sign makers.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on sign-making experience and installations
  • Proficiency in graphic design, specifically in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with RIP software and color management
  • Installation experience with a variety of signs and surfaces ( Certification preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and lead others
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn pricing, order supplies, professionally and enthusiastically answer phones, assist with errands, etc.
